Stand alone to categorize bouts

This zip file has code to categorize swim bouts from kinematic parameters. It needs Matlab to run. The bouts to categorize are in: BoutKinematicParsExample.mat The bout map used to categorize the bouts is: BoutMapCenters_kNN4_74Kins4dims_1.75Smooth_slow_3000_auto_4roc_merged11.mat The script that categorizes the bouts is: standAloneToCategorizeBouts_1.m You should run standAloneToCategorizeBouts_1.m. It automatically loads the data and the bout map and it produces a plot with the different bouts categorized in to 13 categories.
