The Hydraulic Pressure Test Dataset for Vehicle High-Pressure Hydrogen Storage Cylinders includes the following fields: cylinder serial number, product name, nominal volume, required test pressure, required pressure retention time, water temperature, test temperature, test date, empty cylinder weight, combined weight of cylinder and water, cylinder volume, actual test pressure, actual pressure retention time, total deformation value, residual deformation value, residual deformation rate, and test conclusion, among others.

The external hydraulic pressure test is conducted on vehicle high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders using a dedicated hydraulic test setup. An advanced data collector, connected to the automatic control system via flow sensors and weight sensors, is utilized to collect data including pressure, temperature and leakage volume. A high-precision electronic balance is employed to obtain the total deformation value and residual deformation value of the test cylinder. The volume residual deformation rate is calculated as the ratio of the volume residual deformation value to the volume total deformation value.

This dataset can be applied in the periodic inspection of vehicle high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders: it is used to determine the volume residual deformation rate of in-service high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders, verify the safe load-bearing capacity of the cylinders, and ensure their safety and reliability.
