RNA sequencing of LINC02015 knockdown in human aortic smooth muscle cells

This study was designed to explore the role of LINC02015 in regulating biological behaviors of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and investigate the interacting targets of LINC02015 with high-throughput techniques and bioinformatics analysis. Total RNA was extracted from cells using Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, USA). RNA concentration was measured by NanoDrop ND-1000. RNA samples were reversely transcribed to cDNA library using the SuperScript III Reverse Transcriptase kit (Invitrogen). The gene expression profile was acquired by RNA sequencing. The differentially expressed RNAs were statistically significant with a change of >2.0 or <2.0-fold with P<0.05. RNA sequencing of LINC02015 knockdown in human aortic smooth muscle cells
