Universal Resource Dynamics: A Probabilistic Model of Human Lifespan (PMHL)

I just uploaded my latest research paper where I explore the concept of our lifespan as a 'biological battery.' In this work, I introduce the PMHL Model, a mathematical perspective that treats aging as a game of resource management. It explains how our internal energy, or Homeostatic Capacity, is a finite resource that we can preserve by making mindful choices. By using a combination of biology and math, I’ve shown how increasing our awareness can actually slow down biological decay and help us live longer.
