Human diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell lines (HDBCLs) induce monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells (M-MDSCs) from healthy peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) through the secretion of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and interleukin-10 (IL-10). This dataset explores molecular changes induced by these cytokines and the time-dependent transcriptomic alterations during M-MDSC induction by co-culture with HDBCLs. PBMCs were treated with recombinant (r) MIF and/or rIL-10, and were co-cultured with KPUM-UH1 or KPUM-MS3 for 24, 48, 96 hours, and 96 hours along with rIL-10. CD33+ myeloid cells were isolated from each condition and subjected to gene expression profiling to investigate molecular changes underlying M-MDSC induction.
