We analyzed the role of Presenilin1 (Psen1) during intestinal tumorigenesis. With this aim, transcriptome comparison of mouse tumor organoids derived from Psen1flox Apcmin/+ and Psen1ΔIEC Apcmin/+ mice was performed. The analysis revealed alteration in the EGFR pathway and in arachidonic acid metabolism. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Psen1 flox and Psen1 ΔIEC Apc tumor organoids with and without EGF treatment.
