资源简介:
We employed 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing for the feces of healthy volunteers and CRC patients. The results indicated a significant difference in the composition of gut microbiota between healthy and CRC specimens. In the healthy population, the majority of bacterial taxa were Clostridia phyla, while in CRC patients, the phyla Actinobacteria, Bacilli and Bacteroidia displayed obviously higher abundances. Consistent with the results in a murine study, the Ruminococcaceae family showed a higher abundance, while the Eubacterium dolichum species showed a lower abundance in the healthy population than in CRC patients.
