Transcriptome sequencing of Mirabilis himalaica. Mirabilis himalaica

Mirabilis himalaica is one of the most important genuine medicinal plants in Tibet. However, the active component and the metabolic mechanism of Mirabilis himalaica are not clear.To reveal critical metabolic pathways involved in biosynthesis of active medicinal compounds in Tibetan Medicinal Plant Mirabilis himalaica, we collected and sequenced the roots, stems, and leaves of M. himalaica from its actual habitat to provide information platform using to parsing of key active medicinal compounds.
