资源简介:
Application of Retinol (Vitamin A, VA) in skincare is limited for instability, poor water solubility, and skin intolerance that combats skin aging. The primary mechanisms of UVB-induced keratinocyte aging include excessive oxidative stress response, cycle arrest, and cell proliferation. Oxidative stress markers, including SOD, GSH, MDA, CAT, and ROS, were measured in HaCaT cells following co-administration in this investigation. We found that photoaging HaCaT cells treated with ferulic acid (FA) in synergizes with VA is significant and effective. We discovered that photoaging HaCaT cells treated with ferulic acid (FA) significantly and effectively synergizes with VA. We performed transcriptomics-based cell assays and computer-aided virtual screening to reveal the entire gene expression and regulation pathway of photoaging HaCaT cells treated with ferulic acid (FA) in combination with VA. While PTGS2 expression reduction was found to be the most important in controlling photoaging HaCaT cells by VA and FA from 155 DEGs. This cooperative method greatly reduced the rate of photoaging and enhanced the usefulness of VA in HaCaT cells.
