The README file contains detailed instructions for replicating the figures and tables presented in the paper. The accompanying Stata code, which was coded with the assistance of Jongwon Kim, is used to obtain the results in the paper. The data file is not included as the quarterly GDP data are sourced from CEIC data, which is proprietary.
