S02C09 update: Mayan Pyramid

Have now learned loop cutting (ctrl-r) and sliding (gg). Here we used two separate loop cuts (rather than using the scroll wheel or loop cut properties window to change it to 2 loop cuts) because doing 2 at once would cause them to flare out at the bottom. To remedy this the first one is placed in the middle, then the second is activated to the side of it then slid over to it so that it is in the same place. The bottom of the pyramid was also under z=0 but instead of lifting the whole model up with g, we instead slid the bottom face along its edges with gg.
