CHICKEN BREAST Transcriptome. Gallus gallus

In his study, 100-day-old Chahua chicken (CH) and Tegel chicken (known as Digao chicken(DG) in Chinese) were used as the research objects to compare the meat quality characteristics of the two chicken breasts; further, transcriptome profiling analysis have been used to explore the genetic variance in quality of meat betweenthese two breeds. The findings have shown key gene, and biologicalpathways that may lead to the difference in the muscle quality of the two types of chicken breasts and the possible involvement of the two types of chicken breasts
