We analyze transcript abundances of T7 over the course of an infection and find evidence for differential transcript degradation. E. coli were infected with wildtype T7 at 25C and sampled for RNA-sequencing at 5, 10, 15, and 25 minutes. There are three biological replicates, and two technical replicates for each biological replicate.
