File List Red maple haplotypes.txt<br> Beech haplotypes.txt Description Both "Red maple haplotypes.txt" and "Beech haplotypes.txt" are tab-separated ASCII files. The files contain the haplotype ID numbers, SSR variant IDs, and GenBank accession numbers corresponding to sequences for each individual used in the analysis. Column definitions: 1 = Sample ID. 2 = Latitude in decimal degrees. 3 = Longitude in decimal degrees. 4 = haplotype number (as shown in Fig. 3 of the article). 5 = Single base pair length variations from highly repetitive sequence motifs. &gt;5 = GenBank accession numbers for regions specified in column heading.
