Bulk RNA-seq and CODEX data from Cohort1 and mouse tumor RNA-seq data in an NSCLC study

This dataset contains bulk RNA-seq and CODEX data from Cohort1, together with bulk RNA-seq data from mouse tumor experiments. Cohort1_baseline_RNA_SCE.rds contains bulk RNA-seq data from pretreatment tumor biopsy samples of patients in Cohort1, including gene expression matrices and associated patient information. Mouse_gene_counts.matrix.tsv contains gene-level RNA-seq count data from tumors collected in the EGFR-mutant lung cancer mouse experiments, including the NC, MSA, PD1, and PM treatment groups, where PM denotes combined PD-1 blockade and MSA-2 treatment. Cohort1.CODEX.spatial.h5ad.gz contains CODEX spatial proteomic data from pretreatment and post-treatment tumor samples of Cohort1. The data are stored in AnnData format, with the raw expression matrix retained in adata.layers["raw"], the processed expression matrix stored in adata.X, and detailed sample and cell-level metadata provided in adata.obs.
