This .zip file contains the following:*3 folders, each containing a different reconstruction of the same 24 red fox femorotibial (stifle) joints, labelled reconstruction 1,2,3*3 files, containing the output of the ImageJ macro found in PrecisionAnalyser for each folder, respectively*README.txt which contains some useful information, reproduced below:This folder contains project data relating to quantification of reconstruction variability.The three folders (Reconstruction1,2,3) contain different reconstructions of the same 24 femorotibial joints from a sample of red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) produced for measurement of the tibial tuberosity-trochlear groove distance [note: there are slight differences in technique between the method used here and that used in humans!].Each file represents one femorotibial joint as a stacked DICOM file - you can open the files in ImageJ and scroll or 'slide' through the reconstruction.Header metadata can be extracted using the ImageJ macro included in the PrecisionAnalyser Excel workbook - please note that when you do this, the macro will list the files in the order 10-14, then 3-9, rather than 3-14 as you might expect. Note also, that the data in the WorkedExample workbook is listed in the order 3-14, so if you are double-checking my data (as you should!) you will need to sort yours (or mine) first.Alternatively, if you are very trusting, the files HeaderData 1-3 contain the output of the macro, ready to be copied into PrecisonAnalyser (but still in the order 10-14, 3-9).<br>
