资源简介:

This record holds the occurrence data, derived tables, result tables and analysis code of a study that asks whether the national endemism of Türkiye's aquatic insects is more than the narrow range of running-water species. Endemic and non-endemic species are compared at equal range size, measured as occupied cells of a 25 km equal-area grid (50 km as a sensitivity), across five orders with aquatic stages: aquatic Coleoptera, Ephemeroptera, Odonata, Plecoptera and Trichoptera. Data - Literature records: 21,815 records compiled from the published literature (source list of 761 publications, of which 759 contributed records, species or habitat classes). Each record gives its source and page, verbatim name and locality, accepted name, coordinates as printed or georeferenced, date, life stage, habitat and quality flags. The sentences the records were read from are not redistributed (publisher copyright); source and page locate each one.- Occurrence points: 32,881 points from the literature records and the Odonata atlas of West and Central Asia (Boudot & Van Grunsven 2021, https://doi.org/10.15468/gt3j2u, CC BY 4.0), with reported, rule-placed and river-snapped coordinates.- Species data: checklist with 1,460 species that have a placeable point, 408 of them national endemics; province lists; habitat classes (lotic, lentic, both) with their evidence.- Geometry and trees: the Anatolian Diagonal belts of Davis (1971) and Ekim & Güner (1986), digitised with their control points; plant-centre cells of Noroozi et al. (2019); genus trees (Open Tree of Life topology, Grafen and taxonomic trees).- Derived and result tables: occurrence matrices per grain and data variant, the species table, and the result tables (CSV and JSON) behind every number in the paper. Code The R code (R 4.4.3) and the Snakemake workflow run every analysis with snakemake --cores 8 once the third-party layers listed in README.md are placed under inputs/: WorldClim 2.1, CHELSA-TraCE21k, the HydroSHEDS elevation model, RiverATLAS, the GEBCO_2026 Grid, GADM 4.1, Natural Earth, the DISPERSE trait database, TimeTree 5 and travel time to cities. These layers are not redistributed, under their providers' terms; README.md gives the version, source and terms of each, and how the dated genus tree is rebuilt from TimeTree. Every input is checked against the SHA-256 recorded in config.yaml, and MANIFEST.csv lists every file in the record with its size and SHA-256. Licences Data are released under CC BY 4.0. The Odonata atlas points and the RiverATLAS identifiers keep their own CC BY 4.0 attribution (Boudot & Van Grunsven 2021; Linke et al. 2019), and the genus-level dispersal traits are aggregated from the DISPERSE database, released under CC0 (Sarremejane et al. 2020). Code is released under the MIT licence.
