A library-on-library screen reveals the breadth expansion landscape of a broadly neutralizing betacoronavirus antibody

This project maps antibody-antigen evolution using yeast display. In this study, we screen a library of all unique betacoronavirus stem helix peptides that we could identify against a library of S2P6 encoding all mutations from the germline to mature sequence that lie near the binding interface.
