To investigate the salt and waterlogging mechanism of barley, we chose salt and waterlogging sensitive and tolerant varieties as subjects. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two varieties at two three points. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for leaf and root in two varieties.
