QUAlloc example: Rhine basin, water use and allocation

This repository has a self-contained example for running the water use and allocation model QUAlloc for the Rhine basin at 5 arc-min spatial resolution with a monthly timestep.  This repository contains all required input datasets, configuration file and the running scripts. Its primary purpose is allowing users to increase their familiarity with the model setup of QUAlloc.
