This sample was isolated from Doganbey hot spring in Izmir, Turkey. It is a potential carboxydotrphic hydrogenogenic bacteria. We have used Oxford Nanopore Technologies-MinION device and applied several methodologies for gene assembly. This study was financially supported by TUBITAK under the grant number 120Y069.
