Raw data and processing information for phosphokinase array data published in 10.1128/mbio.01754-17

This is the raw dataset and calculations for Figure 5 of "Latency-Associated Expression of Human Cytomegalovirus US28 Attenuates Cell Signaling Pathways To Maintain Latent Infection" 10.1128/mbio.01754-17. This shows the raw images generated from the phosphokinase array (Proteome Profiler human phospho-kinase array kit; R&D Systems). It shows results from THP-1 monocytic cells expressing wild type US28 protein, US28 with an R129A or Y16F mutation or empty vector transduced control cells. Calculations are shown in the original excel spreadsheet for each protein, both fold changes and p values. The volcano plot from the publication is also included as is a bar chart showing changes for every protein analysed. This bar chart was originally published in Benjamin Krishna's thesis in 2017 (appendix 1, https://core.ac.uk/download/pdf/96707485.pdf).
