Effect of Beta-Hydroxybutyrate on Gene Expression in Immunotherapy and Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer Cells

Attempt to determine the diffences of gene expression in castration and immunotherapy resistant prostate cancer by means of incubating some samples with the ketone beta-hydroxybutyrate. We wanted to see if there were any hallmarks of immune sensitization 2 samples of the PTEN/P53/SMAD4 castration and immunotherapy resistant prostate cancer cell line (PPS-ICBR ) were incubated in DMEM and two samples were incubated in DMEM with 3mM of Beta-hydroxybutyrate
