Metagenomic sequences of haima cold seep sediments

Haima cold seeps are located on the lower continental slope of the northwestern South China Sea (SCS), where the presence of typical chemosynthesis-based benthic fauna, gas ebullition, seep carbonates, and gas hydrates has been reported. we used metagenome to quantitatively examine nitrogen, sulfur, and methane cycling in the Haima Seeps and background hemipelagic sediments.
