This is the data and code to accompany the article titled " Developmental and acquired brain injury have opposite effects on finger coordination in children ", by Mimouni-Bloch et al., published in 2023 in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience
The data from the control group is from a previous experiment (Shaklai et al., 2017), while the data from the CP and TBI groups are
provided here.
The matlab files will generate the graphs from the paper (as well as some other graphs).
Each participant performed 20 trials of the force task - the first two were not used, and the experimenter visually inspected
the rest of the trials and removed those where the task was not performed appropriately. The files "blacklistLeft.mat" and "blaclistRight.mat" contain the trials marked by this process.
The R file will generate the statistical analyses (presented as supplementary material).
