This dataset lists all designated well or facility orphan sites (individual pad sites), each of which may contain well(s), and/or facility equipment, and pipeline segments. Each site's decommissioning and restoration progress (status) is provided. Site Type - Indicates whether the site contains one or more wells, or in the case where no well(s) are present, only facility equipment Site Status - As indicated below: Inactive - Decommissioning work remains at the site Decommissioned - All well(s) and facility equipment have been permanently plugged and/or removed from the site, allowing for restoration work to progress. Assessed - Indicates a site has been decommissioned and an investigation completed to confirm the environmental quality before reclamation. Reclaimed - Decommissioning work is complete and the surface soils have been reclaimed for planting or all reclamation work, required monitoring, and issuance of Certificates of Restoration have been completed, were applicable.
