In recent years, the incidence of allergic diseases has increased year by year, which affects people's social life, study, work and sleep to varying degrees, and also increases the economic burden of families and society. It is imperative to deeply study the pathogenesis of allergic diseases and develop new preparations for the treatment of allergic diseases. MicroRNA (miRNA) is 19-25 nucleotides in length. miRNA is a key post-transcriptional regulator, which controls many cellular pathways and acts as a key regulatory element in various immunological environments, and plays an important role in regulating the development and differentiation of T cells. Recent studies have found that miRNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases, and specific miRNA is expected to become a diagnostic marker and potential therapeutic target of allergic diseases.
