Insights in gilthead sea bream fed a mix of processed animal proteins and single cell proteins

The aim of the study done with these samples was to evaluate the potential use of a concentrate composed of a combination of single cell protein (SCP) and processed animal protein (PAP) as an alternative protein source for fishmeal in gilthead sea bream (Sparusaurata) diets. These were the samples used in 16S metagenomics analysis.
