To investigate the effect of the OsINO80, we analysed differentially expressed genes of osino80 mutant compared to WT. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of WT and osino80 mutant. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT and osino80 plants.
