Surface Water Drinking Water Source Areas

This data layer is an element of the Oregon GIS Framework. This map includes Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Oregon Department of Human Services’ (DHS) Drinking Water Program Source Water Assessment results for community and non-transient non-community public water systems (PWS) for surface water systems that were active in June 1999 (when Oregon's Source Water Assessment Plan was approved by EPA). Subsequently, post-1999 systems have been added including some non-community systems.本数据图层属于俄勒冈州地理信息系统（Geographic Information System, GIS）框架的组成部分。该图层包含俄勒冈州环境质量局（Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, DEQ）与俄勒冈州人类服务局（Oregon Department of Human Services, DHS）的饮用水项目水源评估成果，覆盖1999年6月处于运营状态的地表水公共供水系统（Public Water System, PWS），涵盖社区供水系统与非临时性非社区公共供水系统——该时间节点即为俄勒冈州水源评估计划获美国环境保护署（Environmental Protection Agency, EPA）批准的时间。后续又补充纳入了1999年之后投入运营的供水系统，其中包含部分非社区供水系统。
