In order to further reveal the mechanism that the elevated expression of PD-L2 affects the sensitivity of tumor to EGFR-TKIs by affecting immune response. The single-cell transcriptome profiles of tumor tissues that derived from CT26-EGFRmut cells with empty vector or PD-L2 overexpression-driven syngeneic mouse models treated with erlotinib were analyzed by single-cell transcriptome sequencing.
