Data and Code for When Drone Routes Change: Environmental Evidence and Policy Review in a South-West London Medical Drone Service

This archive supports the manuscript “When Drone Routes Change: Environmental Evidence and Policy Review in a South-West London Medical Drone Service.” It contains public source snapshots, processed open-data spatial layers, model-ready inputs, deterministic routing code, M1–M4 outputs, sensitivity analyses and validation records for a South-West London medical-drone counterfactual. The public service setting, St George’s Hospital hub, Nelson Health Centre endpoint, census geography and urban spatial layers are real and publicly documented. The 250 missions, candidate healthcare destinations and route comparisons are controlled counterfactuals. The archive contains no observed NHS orders, operator flight logs or measured aircraft sound data. Licensing: OpenStreetMap-derived data are subject to the Open Database Licence. Office for National Statistics and Nomis data are used under the Open Government Licence. Original code is released under the MIT Licence. Original documentation and derived outputs are released under CC BY 4.0, subject to source-specific terms.
