To investigate the spatio-temporal expression pattern of PeHAKs, this study utilized transcriptome sequencing gene expression data to analyze the expression levels of 14 PeHAKs in different tissues of passion fruit plant. The gene expression clustering heatmap of six tissues (root, stem, young leaf, mature leaf, flower, and fruit) in passion fruit plant revealed that PeHAKs exhibited distinct tissue-specific expression patterns based on their FPKM (fragments per kilobase million) values, indicating functional differences in the growth and development of passion fruit plant tissues.
