Prosopis cineraria (Ghaf tree) whole genome sequencing and gene expression analysis

Here, we have sequenced the genome of Prosopis cineraria using Illumina, PacBio and Omini-C. We generated transcriptome reads from the root, shoot and flower tissues for genome annotation purposes. Also, we generated transcriptome reads for the salt stress (250mm) experiment (control vs stress) in both root and shoot tissues.
