The 88 samples was processed and sequenced on a MinION flow cell at Eurofins Genomics Europe. This study is a part of AQUAeD project which aims to investigate the impact of aquaculture activities on the seafloor sediments in Norway and implement advancent monitorings ystems along with the traditional methods.
