资源简介:
Conduct saprophytic cultivation and co-cultivation of Morchella spongiola and Gramineae plants, observe the morphological changes and molecular level gene changes of Morchella spongiola hyphae on plant roots, study the interaction between Morchella spongiola and its associated plants in their habitats (Hordeum vulgare var. coeleste Linnaeus and Hordeum vulgare L.), and speculate on the nutritional adaptability of Morchella spongiola.
