Brettanomyces naardenensis is recognised as a soft drinks spoilage yeast. B. naardenensis has potential for application in production of specialty beverages. Here we present gene expression profile of B. naardenensis at early stationary phase during aerobic batch cultivation. We show differential gene expression in responce to decrease of sugar levels. The aim of this study is to understand metabolism of Crabtree negative yeast, B. naardenensis.
