This dataset accompanies the paper Lee et al. currently under review at Science Advances. The data are from a multi-year field manipulation of warming and elevated CO2 (SMARTX) in the Smithsonian's Global Change Research Wetland (GCReW), a brackish, microtidal wetland site on a subestuary of the Chesapeake Bay. These data were generated to understand how warming and elevated CO2 drive anaerobic methane (CH4) oxidation. The dataset includes soil redox potential, CH4 emissions, porewater sulfate and chloride, root productivity, rates of sulfate-dependent anaerobic CH4, and ANME abundance. Metadata are provided in the Read Me file.
