Chip-chip from budding yeast cells with Set3 complex

Chromatin immunoprecipitation of Set3 complex applied with tilling array chip ( ChIP on chip of either Set3-TAP or Snt1-TAP) analysis demonstrated that the genome-wide localization of Set3 complex in Saccharomyces cerevisiae采用平铺阵列芯片开展针对Set3复合物（Set3 complex）的染色质免疫沉淀（Chromatin immunoprecipitation, ChIP）分析（即分别针对Set3-TAP或Snt1-TAP的芯片染色质免疫沉淀（ChIP on chip）分析）的实验结果表明，Set3复合物在酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）中的全基因组定位情况。
