Our research is helpful to understand the Nb23-bi and DHEA synergistically alleviated LPS induced inflammatory responses in mouse testis tissue. Overall design: A single dose of lipopolysaccharide was intraperitoneally injected into male mice, which induced inflammation in testis. A single dose of DHEA or DHEA with Nb23-bi was intraperitoneally injected 6 h after LPS injection. The same volume of 1Ã phosphate buffer saline was injected as negative control. Control vehicle (CTRL), LPS alone (LPS), LPS combined with DHEA (LPS+DHEA), or LPS combined with both DHEA and Nb23-bi (LPS+DHEA+Nb). All samples were subjected to RNA sequencing analysis.
