资源简介:
Our study investigates how interactions of platelets with regulatory T cells (Tregs) modulates the transcriptomic profile of Tregs and pro- and anti-inflammatory macrophages in the lung during resolution of pulmonary inflammation. Overall design: Pulmonary inflammation was induced by bacterial pneumonia (K. pneumonia) in mice. Single Tregs and Treg-PLT aggregates were isolated from the brochoalveolar lavage (BAL) on day 5 after induction of pneumonia. Pro- and antiinflammatory macrophages were isolated from the BAL on day 5 after induction of bacterial pneumonia from control and platelet-depleted mice.
