2022湖南光皮树鲜果近红外建模数据集

本研究共采集132个光皮树果实样本的鲜果及对应干果的近红外光谱图，并检测各样本的含水量、含油量及蛋白含量，最后建立光皮树中各类物质含量的近红外预测模型。其中，鲜果含水率的模型中，实测值和预测值之间有显著相关性，决定系数R2=0.9934；鲜果含油率模型中，实测值和预测值之间有显著相关性，决定系数R2=0.9413；

In this study, 132 fruit samples of Cornus wilsoniana were collected, and near-infrared spectra of both fresh and dried fruits were acquired for each sample. The moisture content, oil content and protein content of every sample were measured, and near-infrared prediction models for the contents of various substances in Cornus wilsoniana were finally established. Among these models, the fresh fruit moisture content model showed a significant correlation between measured and predicted values, with a coefficient of determination R²=0.9934; the fresh fruit oil content model also exhibited a significant correlation between measured and predicted values, with a coefficient of determination R²=0.9413;
