We report data for the continuous and for the thick dashed lines (the dashed and dot-dashed lines are instead analytical curves). Data is organized in columns of scattering length versus energy. In particular: Left columns: scattering length a [in units of the sphere radius R];Right columns: Dimer energy on the sphere minus dimer energy in the flat case (see the paper for details) [in units of hbar^2/(m*R^2), with hbar the Planck constant and m the particle mass].
