CRC Cell Classification

This repository contains the data for the whole slide analysis detailed in the paper "Computational pathology applied to clinical colorectal cancer cohorts identifies immune and endothelial cell spatial patterns predictive of outcome" by Trahearn, et al. Included are cell classification tables, annotated regions for metastatic samples, and cell density heatmaps. Please refer to the README file included in each zip file for further details.
