This dataset includes the basic physical and chemical properties of soil with citrus ages of 5 and 30 years, different multifunctionality indices (carbon cycling multifunctionality index (CMF), nitrogen cycling multifunctionality index (NMF), and phosphorus cycling multifunctionality index (PMF)), soil bacterial community diversity, and the number of edges and nodes in the microbial network. Among them, CMF, NMF, and PMF are indicators related to soil carbon cycling, including β -1,4-glucosidase (BG), cellulase (CBH), and SOM; Indicators related to nitrogen cycling, including β - N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG), nitrate nitrogen (NO3 − - N), and ammonium nitrogen (NH4+- N); Indicators related to the phosphorus cycle include available phosphorus (AP), mineral bound phosphorus (HCl-P), organic acid phosphorus (Citrate-P), exchangeable phosphorus (CaCl2-P), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Normalize each indicator variable using Z-score transformation (logarithmic transformation as needed) and normalization. Then, the Z-scores of each soil functional indicator are averaged to obtain the multifunctionality index for each sample. The soil bacterial diversity index was obtained by extracting ASV and calculating it using Qiime 2 and DADA2 standard procedures. The microbial network properties are obtained through the use of the Igraph package. The network topology features of each sample are obtained by extracting the sub networks of each sample point, and then calculating the topology features of each sub network.
