The identity of the RT-PCR products was determined (polyvalent RT-PCR1) or confirmed (RT-PCR 2, 3 and 4) by direct sequencing of the amplified products. Positive amplifications for which identity of the product was not confirmed by sequencing are identified by a +. Negative amplification results are identified by a - sign. nt: not tested.
