We examined effects of surface-coating (BPEI, CIT, PEG) of silver nanoparticles and time (6h, 12h, 24h) on gene expression in human liver cancer cells (HepG2) Overall design: This study was a two factor design. HepG2 cells were either given Media Only (NoNP) or treated with 1.2 ug/mL of either: CiT(citrate), bPEI(branched polyethylenimine) or PEG (polyethylene glycol). At each of 6h, 12h, and 24h time points post-treatment, treated cells and corresponding NoNP controls were collected in triplicate for targeted TempOseq whole genome sequencing
