Uncovering the prevalence, key biogenesis enzymes, and biological significance of archaeal lipoproteins

This dataset includes the PDB files of AlphaFold2 models, variant calling results from whole genome sequencing, as well as raw data from growth curves, motility assays, and live-cell imaging experiments, accompanying the manuscript submission "Uncovering the prevalence, key biogenesis enzymes, and biological significance of archaeal lipoproteins". It also contains the CellProfiler output, aspect ratio calculations for the live-cell imaging experiment, and measurements of motility halos. This dataset can be used to reproduce the results described in the manuscript.
