Survey Dataset of the DIGILOG Consortium 2023-2026

Dataset of the first three waves of the DIGILOG research project. Data was collected in three waves from 21.11.2023 to 09.02.2024 (Wave 1), 14.01.2025 to 07.04.2025 (Wave 2), and 14.01.2026 to 13.03.2026 (Wave 3). The online survey was translated into local languages and sent out to local administration managers across the council of Europe member states. It includes questions on the level of digitalization of the local administrations, digitalization strategies, effects of digitalization, and a range of other related factors.
