To investigate the function of RNF146 on gene expression and signaling pathways, we overexpressed RNF146 in mouse prefrontal cortex (PFC) using AAV and performed RNA-seq analysis. We found that genes in Wnt signaling pathway are differentially expressed in RNF146 expressed PFC compared to control. Overall design: 4 RNF146-expressed PFC samples were compared with 4 eGFP-expressed control samples.
